Kek pisang ni dah berkali2 buat. In fact I sell this cake during this Ramadhan :p
Here's the recipe:
2.5 cups flour
1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
5 eggs
125g butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup overripe banana (approximately 4 bananas, panjang sejengkal. I usually use pisang berangan)
1. Beat sugar, butter, vegetable oil and egg
2. In a different container, mix the dry ingredients well
3. In another container, mash the bananas
4. Put the dry ingredients into the batter and finally put in the bananas. Beat well
5. Bake at 180 degree celcius, for 1 hour.
p/s: vanilla essence and chocolate rice can also be added.
