the dough sebelum naik

Hari ni buat sandwich loaf, sebabnya sangat3 suke makan sandwich for breakfast or after-dinner snack (sebab abang ni selalu je lapar during odd-hours), the problem is in Jordan we don't have the luxury of going to the supermarket and choose between gardenia, high-5 and such. yang ade memang sejenis je roti sandwich, dahlah keras, too crumbly and dry, lepas tu takde expiry date plak. I think I have for 4 times bought the loaf which ended in the rubbish bin sebelum sempat makan! sebabnya berkulat huuu..
So here's the recipe:
3 cups all purpose flour (tepung gandum)
4 tbsp margarine
1 tsp salt
1 cup of milk
2 tbsp yeast
3 tbsp sugar
Method:
First, mix well the flour, salt and margarine
In a different container, put the yeast and sugar together in about 5 spoonful of warm water for 5 minutes
Then mix the dry and wet ingredients, add the milk a little at a time while ypou knead the dough.
If the dough is too hard, add alittle more plain water.
Put the dough in a baking pan (shape it according to your desire. I made it into a roll) and cover it with a tea cloth
Let the dough rise in a warm setting, and when the size has doubled, bake at 180 degree celcius for about 30 minutes.
Done with the baking, take the loaf out of the baking pan, let cool on a wire rack, covered with a tea cloth
Then the bread can be sliced and ready to be eaten :D
