Dah siap! tapi tak cantik sgt tapi takpelah ;p

Harini buat blackforest cake.

First I bake chocolate cake. Here's the recipe:

(A)

1 cup of cocoa powder

1.5 cup of flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp soda bicarbonate

Mix the dry ingredients well

(B) In a pan, on a small fire, melt

200g butter

1cup of milk

(C) In a bowl, beat

1.5 cup sugar

3 eggs

Then put (A) and (B) into C. Mix well

Bake at 150 degree celcius for 1 hour AND 20 minutes

Done with the chocolate cake.

Now, whip up 1 cup of whipping cream plus sugar. (The amount of sugar depends on how sweet do you want the cream to be. i put in 2 tbsp of sugar)

Cut the cake into half (top and bottom)

Spread the whipping cream onto the bottom layer

Then spread blackberry topping on it.

Put the top layer.

Do the same.

Presto! You have a blackforrest cake!
