Here's the recipe:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;(A)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 cup of cocoa powder&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1.5 cup of flour&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tsp baking powder&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tsp soda bicarbonate&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mix the dry ingredients well&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;(B) In a pan, on a small fire, melt &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;200g butter&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1cup of milk&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;(C) In a bowl, beat&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1.5 cup sugar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 eggs&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Then put (A) and (B) into C. Mix well&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bake at 150 degree celcius for 1 hour AND 20 minutes&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Done with the chocolate cake.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Now, whip up 1 cup of whipping cream plus sugar. (The amount of sugar depends on how sweet do you want the cream to be. i put in 2 tbsp of sugar)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cut the cake into half (top and bottom)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Spread the whipping cream onto the bottom layer&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Then spread blackberry topping on it.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Put the top layer.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Do the same.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Presto! He's in the hospital fom 7am to 5pm everyday. That is if he is not on-call, otherwise he'll be back by 11pm huu. Isya' is at 6, and we usually retire to bed straightaway after isya'. See I talk to him for few hours per day only! Oh I am so neglected haha) Few days back I came up with the idea of selling cake (Again?? I sold cakes when I was a student). Abang readily agreed rather than having me rambling all day long about going back to malaysia to start working huu. &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;So yesterday I made THREE cakes! that is quite a number, considering that I went out shopping in the morning with Ameer Faheem (ah a reformation indeed! I go out with Ameer Faheem almost every morning now. Going out to pay bills has become an enjoyable thing for us two in the midst of OUR boredom haha. how pathetic). And at around 3pm, I went out again to send the cakes to a shop. I had like few hours in between to bake??!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Here's the recipe:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5 biji telur putih&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 cawan gula&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;pukul jadi meringue&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;250ml whipping cream&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;250g cream cheese&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;whip them up! and then add:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 cawan tepung gandum (add soda bicarbonate and baking powder)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sudu tepung jagung&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5 biji telur kuning&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;sesudu jus lemon&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Gaul rata.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Next, add the meringue to the cake batter. Macaroni goreng..&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara2:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Rebus macaroni (ikut arahan kat packet). Maryam guna Mastodoro, so 10mins, tambahkan garam and minyak sikit dalam air rebusan.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Tumis bawang, paste tomato and kiub ayam (kalau guna ayam betul lagi best, tapi sebab buat awal2 pagi, dahlah winter, susah betul nak g dapur awal2 and defrost ayam T_T)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Masukkan air sikit dalam bahan tumisan. Then masukkan macaroni yang telah direbus. Gaul2 rata. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Masukkan pula cheese yang telah diparut. (I used processed cheese yang jual dalam bentuk bongkah. Siap sebab terlalu malas, time tengah masak tu, parut terus masuk kuali haha)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. Kemudian maryam taburkan pizza spices/ italian herbs (guna lah apa2 herb yang berkenan di hati)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6. Finally garam and gula secukup rasa (ni susah sket utk org yg puasa hehe. So waktu abang nak makan tu dah warning yg maybe rasa masin manis tu tak berapa ok, tapi abang kata sedap je hehe!)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Personally I think macaroni ni boleh goreng macam2 manapun. Sometimes I add vegetables eg carrot, mushroom etc tapi buat mengikut bahan2 yang ada kat rumah la kan. Tapi sebab terlalu MALAS, simpan adunan dalam fridge and keesokan hari baru nak naikkan and goreng haisyy. Keesokan harinya MALAS lagi tapi sayang plak nak buang tepung, maka buat jugakla donut tu... Cincai habis. Waktu tengah tengok movie ngan abang kot, tetiba aku lari gi dapur jap. Abang panggil2, tanya tengah buat apa. I said "Kejap, kejap". Terus abang datang dapur tanya buat apa, i said buat donut jap tapi dah nak siap. 3 minit je kot haha. Tak guna acuan pun. I usually use pisang berangan)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Beat sugar, butter, vegetable oil and egg&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. In a different container, mix the dry ingredients well&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. In another container, mash the bananas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Put the dry ingredients into the batter and finally put in the bananas. Beat well&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. I think I have for 4 times bought the loaf which ended in the rubbish bin sebelum sempat makan! sebabnya berkulat huuu..&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;So here's the recipe:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 cups all purpose flour (tepung gandum)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 tbsp margarine&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tsp salt&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 cup of milk&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 tbsp yeast&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 tbsp sugar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Method:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;First, mix well the flour, salt and margarine&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;In a different container, put the yeast and sugar together in about 5 spoonful of warm water for 5 minutes&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Then mix the dry and wet ingredients, add the milk a little at a time while ypou knead the dough.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;If the dough is too hard, add alittle more plain water.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Put the dough in a baking pan (shape it according to your desire. So here's the recipe:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5 cups flour (all purpose)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;10g dried yeast&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/2 cup sugar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;A pinch of salt&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 large eggs&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;50g butter&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/2 cup cooking oil&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tsp vanilla extract&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 cup milk (5 tablespoon of milk powder + 1 cup warm water. I didn't use all the milk actually, just nice to produce a soft dough)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mix all the ingredients and knead until the dough becomes stretchy! That simple haha. Let the dough rise until almost double. Then knead again.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Then roll and stretch the dough until it become about 1/2 inch thick, rectangular in shape. Then brush melted butter on the upper surface, and sprinkle ground cinnamon.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Roll the dough (like rolling a swiss roll). Then, cut the roll into approximately 1.5 inch wide. Arrange on a baking tray and let it rise in a warm place. I used french loaf)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 eggs&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;3/4 cup of sugar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 cups of milk (I used 1 cup evaporated milk + 1 cup of milk powder coz evaportd mlk was out of stock!)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;A table spoon of custard powder&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Vanilla essence&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Raisins (optional)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;It is very simple. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Beat the eggs + sugar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Add in the milk, vanilla essence and custard powder &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Add shredded bread until the mixture is not too watery&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Throw in raisins&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. Let everything soak for about 15mins&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;6. I'm really in the mood for baking ^-^ A recipe which I created myself:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 cups of flour&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 cup of sugar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 teaspoon baking soda&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 teaspoon baking powder&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pinch of salt&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;100g butter&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 eggs&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Strawberry yoghurt&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 cup of evaporated milk&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Chocolate rice&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Add the dry ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Beat butter &amp;amp; egg &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Add in yoghurt and beat well&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Pour the dry mixture into the batter&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. I then added a cup of milk, and a cup of mushroom soup (a packet of instant Maggi mushroom soup). Then I added diced chicken (well the amount depends on you), 2 tablespoon of cornflour. Sprinkled some salt and sugar. Boiled until it reached a wanted consistency :) I prefer it to be a bit thick.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Whoaa it's ready in no time! Biarkan menggelegak dan agak2 dah nak siap masak, masukkan timun.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Siap! Here's the recipe..&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;i&gt;Skin (kulit) - make 50&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;500g all-purpose floor&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 tablespoons cooking oil&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 tablespoons margarine/ butter&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 large egg&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Salt&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Water&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Crack the egg, add it to the floor&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Heat the oil + margarine and pour them onto the flour, mix well &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Pour the salt into a cup of plain water, stir well&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Add the salt water to the flour mixture, a little at a time..to produce a soft dough. I prefer to let the dough set overnight&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Filling (inti)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 Holland onions&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 garlics (ulas)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5 tablespoons of curry powder &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5 potatoes (diced)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Minced meat (can substitute with diced chicken)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Daun sup&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Daun bawang&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sugar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Salt&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Water&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Blend the onion and garlics and fry (tumis)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Add in curry powder&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. I'll share the recipe nevertheless:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;70g butter&lt;br /&gt;60g sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 egg&lt;br /&gt;2-3 drops of vanilla essence&lt;br /&gt;4 tablespoon milk&lt;br /&gt;100g flour&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp baking powder&lt;br /&gt;blueberry jam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So how to bake?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Beat the butter &amp;amp; sugar until creamy&lt;br /&gt;2. Mix all the dry ingredients, stir well&lt;br /&gt;3. Pour no 2 into no 1&lt;br /&gt;4. Finally, put the batter into muffin cups, 2/3 of the cup. Finally ad in water and kenad till the dough becomes doughy and stretchy!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As usual, leave it for a while until it doubles in size. Knead it again, divide it into 2 part, and turn each part into a ball (the sahape of your preferred bowl), let it rise again. Mix all the dry ingredients well. Then add in the olive oil into the mixer, finally ad in water to make a dough. Knead it!! Hehe as for this part, i leave it to the bread mixer for 1/2 jam to make a very soft pizza bread. How to make sure enough kneading has been done? Check whether the dough is stretchy or not. If yes, then it is done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leave the dough in a warm place until it has double in size (usually 30mins). After that knead the dough a little bit again, use a rolling pin to flatten it into a rounded or oval shape (or any shape that you want for your pizza!), make sure it is very flattened (around 0.5-1cm thick) beacuse you are going to let it rise to double again!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_3JrrvrxqC9M/SWvH4iw13GI/AAAAAAAAAPE/xoDBEubtx9Q/s1600-h/DSC00413.JPG" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}"&gt;&lt;img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_3JrrvrxqC9M/SWvH4iw13GI/AAAAAAAAAPE/xoDBEubtx9Q/s320/DSC00413.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5290541961495043170" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Meanwhile, prepare the pizza sauce and fillings. As for the sauce, you can just use tomato puree + black pepper. Should be enough :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for the fillings, put anything that you want!! For this pizza (12th January 2009), i put in crabsticks, sausage, green capsicum, pineapple cubes, tomato slices and onion slices. I usually use oregano + rosemary. Bake in the oven 175 degree celcius for 20 mins. Yummmy a very tasty pizza :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since boycott is a much preferred way for the Muslim to fight the Israel.. Pizza Hut is one of the outlet which should be boycotted. Hmm a big change for me as I was an avid fan of it!! Huu~&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I have no choice other than to bake my own pizza whenever I feel like eating it.
